Please note, claims are processed 48 hours after receiving all relevant documentation. Please ensure you have the necessary documents ready, including identification, death certificate, and proof of relationship with the policy holder.

There is an industry standard 180-day waiting period to receive full cover for natural death. Partial cover starts from 90 days. There is no waiting period for accidental death.
